Welcome, Care-a-Vanners! Thank you for your interest in helping us build Habitat Homes in Hobbs, New Mexico!
Our build season runs from September through May.
We have a total of 5 RV parking sites. These sites have water, WIFI service, sewer, 30/50 amp electric service as well as a laundry facility! Please visit Habitat International for more information.
Work days are Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. Please note, you do not need to have any experience in construction, just an interest to help and learn as you go. That said, if you have the following tools, we would appreciate it if you brought them along: hammer, tape measure, utility knife, tool belt, and a speed square.

FROM NORTH - Denver City, TX Take Hwy TX-83W (13.6 miles), Entering NM Continue on NM-83W/NM 132(19.5 miles), Turn right on E. Glorietta Dr. (0.4 miles), Turn left on N. Gantt (1 block), Turn left onto Clearfork (1/2 block) and turn into the first alley on left side the Campground and office on your right.
FROM NORTHWEST - Lovington, NM Take NM-18 S/Main St (18.9 mi) turn left onto Joe Harvey Blvd, continue on Joe Harvey Blvd will turn into W. Navajo Dr., turn right onto N. Fowler St. (0.5 mi) turn left onto E. Glorietta Dr., go 1 block turn right onto N. Gantt, go 1 block and turn left onto E. Clearfork Dr., go 1/2 block and turn into alley on the right. The Campground and Office are on the right.
FROM EAST - Seminole, TX Head west on US-180 W/E - entering New Mexico (26.2 mi), Turn right onto E Navajo Dr (2.4 mi), turn left onto NM-132S/N Dal Paso St (0.5 mi), turn right onto E Glorietta Dr. (0.4 mi), turn left onto N Gantt, 1 block turn left onto E. Clearfork, go 1/2 block and turn into alley on right. RV Park and Office are on the right.
FROM SOUTH/WEST - Andrews, TX Take US-385 N (28.4 mi), turn right onto E Navajo Dr. (2.4 mi), turn left onto NM-132 S/N Dal Paso St (0.5 mi), turn right onto E Glorietta Dr. (0.4 mi), turn left onto N Gantt, go 1 block turn left onto E. Clearfork, go 1/2 block and turn into alley on right. RV Park and Office are on the right.
